If you own patented mining real estate in the State of Arizona, DOCUMENT RESEARCHERS can research and gather certain information (the existence of which you may not have been aware of) regarding your patented mining property.

We can provide you with a Compact Disk and hard copies of the following:

1.  the original complete set of Survey Field Notes for your patented mining claim(s)

2.  the original Survey Plat Map

3.  relevant Cadastral Survey Plat Map(s)

4.  relevant BLM Mining District Map(s)(s)

5.  relevant BLM Master Title Plat(s)

6.  detailed information regarding the original U.S. Land Patent, and (if available) a copy of the Patent Deed from the USA to the patentee.

7.  relevant Surface Management Maps, Topographic maps, and GPS coordinate information which will assist you in physically locating the established corners to the patented mining property.

To view examples, please click on any of the red underlined links above or on the links at the top of this page.

We will provide you with 8.5 x 11 hard copies of all pages of information included on the CD. In addition, the Mineral Survey Plat Map will be copied onto an 11 x 17 sheet of paper. The colored Surface Management maps and the Topographic maps will be printed in color.

You (or a print shop) will be able to print out from the CD additional copies on any size paper you desire.

It generally takes about 3 weeks to research, gather and copy the information.

The price for this service ranges from $300 to $450.

If you are interested in our service, please contact and provide us with the information listed below, and we will do a preliminary search of your property and quote you a specific price.

The following information will be needed:

Arizona County in which the property is located

Assessor's parcel number

Mining claim name(s)

Mineral Survey number (if known)

You pay us nothing until after you receive the packet of information and are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, send everything back within 30 days, and you owe us nothing. We do business in good faith and trust our clients.

If you are ever going to sell your patented mining property, this information will certainly be of importance to any potential buyer.

I hope we can be of service. Thank you.
